Aviation, Refined
One of us spent a decade in the aviation industry as a Customer Service Supervisor. Up there, precision is everything, presentation is a form of respect, and excellence is the baseline. It was a masterclass in reading a room and learning that premium service leaves zero margin for error.
Behind the Bar
The other grew up behind the world's finest bars, building a career since 2016 across luxury hotels and world-class resorts from India to the Maldives. As a Certified Sake Sommelier with WSET Level 3 qualifications, this journey was rooted in a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, balance, and the stories behind every bottle poured.
Our worlds collided over a shared frustration. Whether traveling or working in premium spaces, we constantly saw exquisite, top-shelf spirits served in heavy, lifeless, ordinary glassware. To us, that was an unforced error. A premium beverage deserves a vessel that honors its character and elevates the moment. By combining aviation discipline with elite mixology expertise, we created CMN Collectives.
